Pre-Order Terms

By placing a $100 deposit, you are reserving one Edge 2000 unit from Pii Energy™ prior to its general release.

The $100 deposit will be applied to the final purchase price of $2,999.99, and applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added to your order total before the product ships.

Placing a deposit does not guarantee a specific ship date; estimated shipping windows may change based on manufacturing, supply chain, or regulatory factors.

This limited release is only available to New Mexico and Utah residents.

Edge 2000 pre-orders may qualify for an early adopter discount, which will be applied at checkout when the remaining balance is collected.

The final amount due at shipment will be the then-current early adopter price (if applicable), plus any taxes and shipping, minus the $100 deposit already paid.

Before your Edge 2000 ships, Pii Energy™ will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout and will request payment of the remaining balance, including applicable taxes and shipping.

If you do not complete payment within the time period specified in that notification, Pii Energy™ may cancel your reservation and may refund your deposit in accordance with the refund terms below.

You may cancel your Edge 2000 pre-order at any time prior to shipment by contacting Pii Energy™ at hello@piienergy.com.

Your $100 deposit is 100% refundable up until the date your shipment is confirmed and a shipment confirmation notice is sent to you.

After your shipment date is confirmed, cancellation requests may no longer be eligible for a refund of the deposit and will be handled at Pii Energy™'s discretion, subject to applicable law.

If Pii Energy™ cancels your Edge 2000 pre-order for any reason other than your failure to complete payment, your $100 deposit will be refunded in full.

Pii Energy™ may update Edge 2000 specifications, features, or estimated shipping timelines; such changes do not entitle you to additional compensation beyond any applicable deposit refund described in these terms.

Once your Edge 2000 has shipped and been delivered, any return will be governed by this return policy and Pii Energy™'s general terms in effect at the time of delivery.

You may return the Edge 2000 within 30 days of the shipment date, provided it is in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories; returned products are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping, handling, and installation fees (if any) are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed defective.

If your Edge 2000 arrives damaged, non-functional on arrival, or develops a covered defect within the applicable warranty period, Pii Energy™ will, at its option and consistent with its warranty, repair or replace the unit or provide another remedy as required by law.

You must notify Pii Energy™ of shipping damage or DOA issues within 14 days of delivery and follow any troubleshooting or return authorization procedures communicated by support.

Edge 2000 will arrive as a kit with all the necessary components to assemble and install the system. The beta test app will only be available for download as an iOS app from the Apple Store. The smart outlets will need to be installed along with controls to the main breaker panel in the house or unit. NEC codes and local building codes apply and must be complied with for proper installation of the devices.

Please check with local laws and regulations to ensure safety and compliance. You may need to obtain permission from the landlord or leasing company. Pii Energy assumes no risks or liability regarding the improper installation or operation of the kit.

Edge 2000 kit is designed to offset electrical use in a residence. Pii Energy makes no explicit claims of savings.

Your Edge 2000 pre-order and associated deposit are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred without Pii Energy™'s prior written consent.
